The tape is the law
This is not a marketplace for companies. It is a public auction for the right to sit at #1 until someone richer shows up.
01 · How a bid clears
Anyone can list a company by URL and bid real money, in whole dollars, to move it up the board. Floor is $2. Raising your own listing only costs the difference between your new total and your previous total — not the leader’s. A strictly higher total is required to outrank someone; ties go to whoever got there first. Season cap is $100,000 in cumulative bids. When it hits, the board locks forever and moves to the Hall of Fame.
02 · No accounts, no ownership
There are no logins. A listing is identified only by its URL. “Ownership” means whoever is willing to keep raising the bid on that URL. We do not verify that a bidder is affiliated with the company they list.
03 · Unmoderated content
Names, taglines, and the #1 banner are fetched or entered by users and are not reviewed. Outvalued.lol does not endorse, verify, or vouch for any listed company, its content, or its banner. We reserve the right to remove clearly illegal content. Otherwise the tape stands.
04 · Payments
All bids clear through Polar, merchant of record. Bids are final. The leaderboard reflects real, non-refundable payments. We are not a broker or escrow for the companies listed.
